Terms of Service

Welcome to Flouie. These Terms govern your use of the Flouie application and related services, provided by Lovejeet Bhamrah. By creating an account, accessing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Service and Eligibility

Flouie is an AI-powered scene capture and pattern discovery platform for capturing moments, photos, songs, and locations; generating retrospective pattern discoveries; completing multi-week life investigations; and authoring your Life Story Arc. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use Flouie.

2. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

Flouie offers optional recurring subscription plans (monthly or annual) following a free trial. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly within your Account Settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain full unrestricted access until the end of your paid billing period, after which your account will not be charged again.

3. Payments, Refunds & Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles payment processing.

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once processed, as users receive a free trial prior to billing. However, if you experience a genuine technical issue or billing error, please contact our support team at korixleads@gmail.com. We review genuine cases independently and issue refunds where appropriate.

4. Account and Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all personal reflections, memories, and scene entries you create. You grant Flouie a limited licence to store and process your content using encryption and AI to display discoveries to you. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third-party advertisers. AI processing is performed via secure, enterprise-grade AI models (including Google Gemini and Groq) in accordance with commercial generative AI API terms and privacy guidelines.

5. AI Technology and Disclaimers

Reflections and pattern reports are generated with automated AI models. While designed for clarity and perspective, AI discoveries may occasionally be inaccurate and do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice. Flouie is provided on an "as is" basis.
