• Account Details: Name, email address, and authentication credentials provided via Supabase or Google OAuth.
• Scene & Moment Content: Text reflections, uploaded photos, chosen songs, and geolocation context you save.
• Technical & Performance Data: Anonymized usage and diagnostic analytics to maintain reliability.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data strictly to provide and improve the Flouie experience:

• To securely store and retrieve your personal scenes and memories.
• To generate AI-powered emotional trend analyses, chapter retrospectives, and pattern discoveries via secure AI models (Google Gemini and Groq).
• To provide customer support and service updates.

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third-party advertisers.

3. Service Providers & Storage

We rely on trusted infrastructure providers:

• Supabase: Encrypted cloud database and authentication storage.
• AI Inference Providers (Google Gemini & Groq Cloud): Per-request natural language processing and pattern detection, governed by commercial API terms and strict zero-data-retention privacy guidelines. We do not sell or monetize your data, and your private journal entries are not used to train public models.
• Paddle.com: Merchant of Record and secure PCI-DSS Level 1 payment processor.
• Vercel: Cloud hosting and secure edge network.

4. Data Retention & Your Rights

You have complete ownership over your data. You can:

• Export your entire scene archive and analysis history as JSON anytime from Settings.
• Edit or delete individual memories instantly.
• Request permanent account deletion and data purge directly from your Account Settings.
